Our Story

Crafted in the hill county of Texas, every drop of Austin Minton Small Batch Whiskey begins with locally grown corn, rye, oats and malted barley. Each small batch is distilled slowly and aged patiently in charred oak barrels, where the Texas heat and time draw out rich caramel tones, toasted vanilla and a whisper of smoke.

A 50-gallon barrel, less the angel's share, held in bond at Austin Private Label Distillery. One hundred (100) shares available at $250 per share.

Each participant will receive a Certificate of ownership, an Austin Minton Cap and after ageing a minimum of two (2) bottles of Austin Minton Aged Reserve bourbon for each share purchased.
